Returns and Exchanges

Return and Refund Period

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our store through our online support within one week after receiving the item.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

  • Credit Card payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

For returns, customers are responsible only for the return shipping cost.

Please return the item to our store within one week after notifying us.
Once we receive your notification, we will promptly provide all the necessary information, including the return address.

Please note that if you contact us or return the item after the deadline mentioned above, whether due to our mistake or for the customer’s convenience, we will not accept the return or exchange request.


Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items shipped more than one week ago

  • Second-hand products

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging or accessories

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects when the orderer and the recipient are different

Return the product to our store using the Cash on Delivery (COD) return method.

  • Please return the item using a trackable shipping method to prevent loss.

  • Ensure proper packaging and mark fragile items if necessary.

If the damage is not reported in advance as the reason for return when the product reaches our store, we will not be able to process exchanges, returns, or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

After we confirm that the returned product has arrived, we will issue a replacement or process a refund.


Returns for Customer Convenience

Customers may return products for personal reasons, but the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

  • Complete the Return/Exchange Contact Form at the bottom of your purchase receipt and include it with the returned item.

  • Please contact us in advance by email or phone before returning the product.

  • Use a trackable shipping method and ensure secure packaging.

  • Fragile items should be properly labeled.

If damage is not reported in advance as the reason for return when the item arrives at our store, we cannot process exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Step 4

Once we confirm that the returned product has arrived, we will process your refund.


Exchanges for Customer Convenience

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for customer convenience.

If you need to change the size after receiving the product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.


Order Cancellation

Since we begin preparing your order for shipment after sending the order confirmation email, we cannot accept order cancellations or changes after this time.

In such cases, the product will be treated as a return for customer convenience.


Cash on Delivery Customers

Customers who select Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay in cash upon receiving the product.

If the order address and delivery address are different, please confirm the delivery information in advance.
