General Warranty
Warranty and Replacement Policy
All "fjknp" products come with a full 1-year manufacturer's warranty against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by the warranty.)

Warranty Period and Target Audience Conditions
The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and applies only to the initial purchaser.

Regarding warranty transfer, you can only benefit from the warranty service if both of the following conditions are met:

The warranty has not expired since the initial owner received the package within the first year;
The new owner has the name of the initial purchaser and the original order number.
Covered Products
fjknp will replace any component found to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping).

This warranty does not cover:

Corrosion
Fading, scratches, and impact marks
Impact damage
Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding)
Water damage

Battery

Batteries have a prorated 1-year warranty.

During the first year of service, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. Customer. Repaired or replaced batteries are warranted for the same period as the original purchase date.

Cash is non-refundable.

Batteries can only be evaluated and defects detected directly through fjknp.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by smsdio;
Products with serial numbers or barcodes that have been removed, defaced, mutilated, altered, or are illegible;
Normal wear and tear;
Product defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not supplied or approved by smsdio for the product;
Defects or damage caused by The assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing, repair, or adjustment of the product in any manner other than according to the assembly instructions or user manual;

Defects or damage due to external causes such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to severe weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or misuse of any electrical source.

In addition, with respect to batteries, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

Charging with a battery charger not designed or suitable for use with the battery;
Improper use of the battery charger;
If any battery seal is broken or shows signs of tampering;
If the battery has been used in equipment other than the specified bicycle.

1. Warranty Claims
All claims under this warranty must be made through "fjknp" and sent to fjknp.shop@gmail.com. Any warranty claim requires proof of purchase and photographs or videos of the damaged item. Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact "smsdio" at Please contact us at fjknp.shop@gmail.com as there may be a simple solution without needing to file a claim. Valid warranty claims made within one year of the initial purchase will be processed through fjknp.

2. Shipping Damage Claims
In exceptional cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact fjknp.shop@gmail.com and send us photographic or video evidence.

Free accessories that are scratched during transport will not be replaced or compensated.
